Payment method

Currently, the Lacoste Vietnam website supports three types of payment methods as follows:

1. Payment with Domestic ATM Cards

You can use domestic ATM cards issued by banks in Vietnam for payment, e-wallets, or bank transfer via QR code.

2. Payment with Credit/Debit Cards

You can use Credit Cards or Debit Cards from Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express (AMEX) card systems when making payments on Lacoste Vietnam.

3. Installment Payment (Applicable for orders of 3,000,000 VND and above)

In addition to full payment, Lacoste Vietnam also supports customers in making installment payments using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) through the OnePAY payment feature.

Note: Lacoste Vietnam does not support transactions using payment methods not listed above or transactions outside Lacoste Vietnam, such as bank transfers, deposits, or Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTION ON LACOSTE VIETNAM WEBSITE

1. Payment with ATM | E-wallet | QR code

Step 1: After selecting the desired product and filling in the delivery information, at the Payment step, please choose “Payment by ATM | E-wallet | QR code”.

Select “Pay now”.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the OnePay payment gateway. You can choose the payment method:

a) ATM card / Bank account issued by banks in Vietnam according to the list below.

1.1 .You choose the corresponding bank.

For example, for Vietcombank, please fill in the complete and accurate card information in the 3 required fields including “Card Number”, “Issue Date”, and “Cardholder Name”

2.1. Choose the Banking application and follow the instructions to scan the QR code to complete the payment. For example: Pay with QR Code using Vietcombank.

2.Payment with credit/debit card

Step 1: After selecting the product and filling in the delivery information, at the Payment step, please choose “Payment by Master Card/Visa”.

Select “Pay now”.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the OnePay payment gateway. Please provide complete and accurate card information in the required fields, including:

“Card Number”: This is the 16 or 19-digit number printed on the front of your card. For example: 1234 5678 9101 1234.

“Card Type”: Choose from Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express, or UnionPay.

“Expiry Date”: This refers to the month and year when your card expires. It is printed on the front of your card under “VALID/GOOD THRU.” For example: 05/25.

“CSC” (Card Security Code): This is the security code of your card, is embossed or printed on the card.

“Cardholder Name”: This is the name of the credit card holder.

– For Visa, MasterCard, and JCB cards, the CSC security code is located on the back of the card. It consists of the last three digits on the right-hand side, next to the signature panel.

– For American Express cards, the CSC security code is located on the front of the card. It consists of four small digits printed above the card number in the top right corner.
