Lacoste provides a version of its website for various different countries. You can select your country at the bottom right corner of the website (desktop version) or at the bottom of the website (mobile version). After that, choose your country from the list to access the specific Lacoste website for each different country.

Currently, the Lacoste Vietnam website only supports delivery to customers with shipping addresses in Vietnam. However, if you are purchasing a product as a gift or need it delivered to a specific address in Vietnam, you can still place an order on the Lacoste Vietnam website.

To view detailed information about a product, you can click on the product image or name. The product detail page will display information such as the product description, size, material, care advice, and any relevant policies (if applicable).

Here are our care advice to preserve the quality of Lacoste products, please follow these guidelines:

1. Polo shirts:
– Wash in cold or warm water to prevent color fading and shrinkage.
– Use a gentle washing machine cycle or hand wash to avoid damaging the fabric.
– Do not use harsh detergents or bleach as they can damage the logo and colors.
– Avoid exposing the garment to direct sunlight or high temperatures.

2. Jackets and pants:

– Avoid contact with liquids or stains to prevent damage.
– Store in a well-ventilated area to prevent mold and bacterial odors.

3. Lacoste sneakers:
– Use a soft-bristled brush to clean the surface of the shoes, removing any dirt or stains.
– Avoid exposing the shoes to water or other liquids to prevent damage to the materials and discoloration.
– Store the shoes in a well-ventilated area to prevent the growth of bacteria and mildew.

4. Lacoste accessories and bags:
– Clean the surface of the accessories with a damp cloth and a small amount of soap.
– Avoid exposing the accessories to water, oil, or other liquids to prevent damage to the materials and discoloration.
– Store the accessories in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent the growth of bacteria and mildew.

5. Lacoste underwears:
– Wash your Lacoste products in cold or lukewarm water to maintain their elasticity.

We regret to inform you that you cannot change your email address from your customer account on your own. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with updating your email address.

According to the regulations governing personal data, you have the right to access, edit, object to, restrict processing, delete, and transfer your data, which you can exercise by contacting our Customer Service team.

Please click on ‘Forgot Password’ here. Then enter your registered email address and click ‘Continue.’ An email with instructions to reset your password will be sent to your email address.

In case you have forgotten the email address associated with your account, please contact our Customer Service team to verify and provide your login credentials.

After successfully placing an order, you will have 30 minutes to cancel the order if you wish to change your decision. After 30 minutes, your order will be transferred to fulfillment department. Therefore, your ‘Cancel Order‘ button will disappear after 30 minutes.

Normally, the products you add to your cart remain visible until your order is paid for. However, if another customer places an order for one or more of the products you’ve added to your cart and they complete their payment before you do, and if those products then become out of stock, they will disappear from your cart.

On the checkout page, under the order summary section, you will find a field labeled ‘Enter promo code.’

You can paste/input the promo code you have into the field and click ‘APPLY.’

The corresponding discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount, based on the conditions of the specific promo code.

Please note that promo codes and coupons can usually be redeemed only once, so we recommend using them when you intend to proceed with the payment for your order.

Also, it’s not possible to apply multiple discount codes or promotional codes at the same time.

The value of the promo code or gift voucher is divided up proportionately to the item price(s).
In case of return, you will be refunded for the amount paid on the returned item minus the discount amount applied on that item.
You will therefore lose the amount of the discount applied to the returned item.

First of all, please ensure to use your promo code/discount voucher within the validity period and fulfill required terms and conditions.
For example:

– The order quantity must exceed a certain value.
– The code can only be used once and cannot be shared with others.
– You haven’t used this code before.

If after checking, the promo code still isn’t working, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

In accordance with transaction safety regulations and to ensure customer rights, the maximum order value you can place on the Lacoste.com.vn website is 25,000,000 VND.

If you have made a payment but have not received an order confirmation email from Lacoste Vietnam, please first check if the email address you provided is correct. Then, check all your email inbox, including Spam/Junk and Promotions, to see if the order confirmation email is there.

If information is correct but you still have not received the Order Confirmation Email from Lacoste Vietnam, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Currently, the Lacoste Vietnam website supports three types of payment methods as follows:

1. Payment with Domestic ATM Cards
You can use domestic ATM cards issued by Vietnamese banks for payment.

2. Payment with Credit/Debit Cards
You can use Credit Cards or Debit Cards from Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express (AMEX) card systems when making payments on Lacoste Vietnam.

3. Installment Payment (Applicable for orders of 3,000,000 VND and above)
In addition to full payment, Lacoste Vietnam also supports customers in making installment payments using credit cards through the OnePAY payment feature. (Read more about installment payments here)

Please note: Lacoste Vietnam does not support transactions using payment methods not listed above or transactions outside Lacoste Vietnam, such as bank transfers, deposits, or Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.

You can cancel your order within the first 30 minutes after placing it, except for customized products. Our Customer Service team can assist with order cancellations or modifications to size or color of the product. We cannot add products or exchange to higher-value items. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team.

You will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing your order.

1. All customer-related data is encrypted before it leaves your PC and is transmitted over the Internet. To do this, Lacoste uses a secure 128-bit encryption Safe Socket Layer (SSL). Information encrypted about your order, name, address, credit card, or bank details cannot be read by outsiders.

2. Because we work with different frameworks, you may not directly recognize the encryption or your browser may not always notify you with a message indicating a link to the SSL server. However, you can see your secure data transmission (HTTPS mode) when you right-click in the cashier area and select ‘View source text.’

3. Additionally, we advise you never to provide your password to others.

Lacoste Vietnam regrets that we are unable to proceed with the delivery of your placed order if it encounters one of the following situations:

– Product quality doesn’t meet standards: After quality checks on the products before packaging, if any issues are found with the product from the manufacturer’s end or it doesn’t meet the required standards for delivery to you, Lacoste Vietnam will handle the product accordingly.
– In case the product is out of stock in your size, Lacoste Vietnam will get in touch to discuss an appropriate solution for your order.
– Payment issues: If payment for your order has not been completed, or we are unable to verify the details of your payment.
– Delivery address issues: You may have accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address or not provided complete information for Lacoste Vietnam to process your order.

However, Lacoste Vietnam will always contact you to inform you of the reasons before canceling the order. If you need further assistance or information regarding a canceled order, please contact Lacoste Vietnam’s Customer Service team.

If you are unable to pay for your order using your credit/debit card, this could be due to some of the following reasons:

1. Payment limitation

The card provider sets a payment limit for each credit/debit card. If your card’s payment limit has been reached, you won’t be able to make any more purchases with it.

2. Card error

The card is not displayed
If your linked credit/debit card is not displaying on the payment page, please exit and return to website lacoste.com.vn.
Please try other payment methods if your card still does not appear after re-visiting.

Incomplete payment
If your payment was processed but not completed, please check with your card provider to see if the order value was charged from your account balance before attempting to make the next payment.

3. The card cannot be accepted to make a payment on the Lacoste Vietnam system

Lacoste Vietnam may refuse orders paid for with Credit and Debit Cards issued in countries other than Vietnam, or by specific domestic and foreign banks.

4. Your card is currently limited by your card service provider

Payments made with a credit/debit card are subject to the payment policies of the card company. If your card is suspected of violating these policies, your payment options, including the ability to pay for Lacoste Vietnam orders, may be restricted.

In this case, you can try another Credit/Debit Card or other methods of payment.

You can also contact your card provider or Lacoste Vietnam Customer Service team for assistance if you haven’t had any unusual transactions on your card recently.

You do not have to pay any additional fees when making a payment by Credit/Debit Card on Lacoste Vietnam except for installment conversion on Credit Card.

If your Credit/Debit card is charged more than the displayed value on the payment page, please contact Lacoste Vietnam customer service team for assistance.

Lacoste Vietnam currently offers two delivery options:

Standard Delivery: Delivery time within 2-5 days from Monday to Saturday (depending on the region or province). Free standard delivery is available for orders with a value over 2,500,000 VND.

Express Delivery: Applicable for deliveries within the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City. Orders will be delivered within 5 hours. Express orders placed after 13:30 will be delivered the next day.

Some notes:

– During promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than the estimated information provided above.
– In-store or pickup point delivery options are temporarily not available.

Lacoste Vietnam is highly concerned about your experience when receiving orders from us, so please make sure to carefully inspect the external appearance and order details when receiving your package from our delivery personnel!

Please refuse to accept the package if you notice any signs of being unsealed (e.g., open package, empty package, damaged packaging intentionally…) and contact Lacoste Vietnam’s Customer Service team immediately to report the reason for refusing the delivery.

– The delivery fee for an order is calculated based on the distance between the store or merchandise storage location and the delivery address, along with the weight of the product.
– The delivery fee for each order is clearly displayed on the checkout page after the customer enters the delivery address.
– Currently, Lacoste provides two types of delivery services: ‘Standard Delivery’ and ‘Express Delivery’.

At present, all orders placed on the Lacoste Vietnam website are shipped from our e-commerce warehouse located in Ho Chi Minh City.

If you placed your order while logged into your account, you will find all the detailed information about your order in the ‘My Account > Orders and Returns’ section. Different statuses that may appear in your order include:

– Pending Payment: Your order has not been paid for and is awaiting your payment to proceed.
– Being Processed: Your order has been successfully paid for and confirmed. It is currently being processed at our e-commerce warehouse.
– Being Packed: Your order is being prepared for packaging and will soon be handed over to the delivery partner for shipping to you.
– Out for Delivery: Your order has been handed over to the shipping partner and is on its way to you. You can click ‘Track my order’ to get detailed information about the delivery process.
– Delivered: The order has been successfully delivered to you.

For orders that have not been shipped yet, you can contact Lacoste Vietnam’s Customer Service Team to change the delivery address.

In the case of an order that is already in transit:

– If the address change is within the same province/city, Lacoste Vietnam will assist in updating the delivery system with the new information.
– If the address change is to a different province/city, Lacoste Vietnam will have to charge an additional fee based on the fees set by the delivery company.

In order to meet the needs and protect the rights of Lacoste Vietnam customers to the fullest extent, we have implemented a policy to support the inspection of goods upon delivery.

When you receive a delivery from our courier, you may open Lacoste Vietnam’s sealed package to inspect the external appearance of the goods. If the items do not match or are not in the quantity you ordered, please refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the delivery person.

LACOSTE VIETNAM encourages you to record a video of the unpacking process to ensure that the delivered goods match the ordered type, quantity, and are in a non-defective, undamaged condition, considering the shipping process or other objective factors. In case you do not provide a video of the unpacking process, it implies that there are no issues. Lacoste Vietnam reserves the right not to address any complaints afterward.

When checking your order with the delivery person, if you receive an incorrect quantity of items compared to what was ordered:

– You have the right to refuse the delivery without any additional payment.
– Alternatively, you can accept the delivery, take photos and videos to document the issue, and then please contact Lacoste Vietnam’s Customer Service team for assistance at:

After verifying and cross-referencing the evidence with the e-commerce warehouse department:
– In the event of an oversight on the part of Lacoste Vietnam in the order fulfillment process, resulting in your order not containing the correct quantity of products you ordered, we will proceed to deliver the missing items to the address specified on the order, and you will not be required to pay any additional fees.
– If Lacoste Vietnam can provide evidence that the complete order was shipped, and there were no issues during transit, Lacoste Vietnam reserves the right to reject your complaint.

Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance if the product you purchased is defective or damaged. For product defects caused by manufacturing and confirmed by the Customer Service team, you will receive a free product replacement.

At present, when you purchase products on the Lacoste Vietnam website, you can only receive support for exchanges and returns to the address provided by Lacoste Vietnam’s website. We regret to inform you that we do not currently support online purchases and in-store exchanges. We appreciate your understanding!

You have 07 (seven) days to exchange a product from the date you receive your order. Currently, Lacoste Vietnam only allows exchanges for full-priced items. Returns and exchanges are not applicable to promotional items and special products (underwear, face masks, accessories, etc.). – You will receive a free return/exchange if the product return is due to a manufacturer’s defect.

– For all other cases, our Customer Service team will send an email notification regarding the estimated return shipping cost that you will need to pay (Lacoste Vietnam refers to the shipping fee system of the courier company). The return/exchange process will only proceed once you confirm your agreement with this cost. The actual shipping cost may vary slightly from the estimated cost provided by Lacoste Vietnam.
